Erik Jekabson, Trumpeter October 1, 2010

Sizzling trumpeter Erik Jekabson is a San Francisco resident, and a Berkeley native. He's played with Illinois Jacquet, spent a year on the road with pop icon John Mayer, and soaked up the fire and funk of New Orleans for four years, performing with the likes of Woody Herman and Kermit Ruffins.
