On Saturday, January 31, 2009 the Epilepsy Foundation of Georgia presents its annual gala Taste of Love, an elegant black tie event held annually at The Ritz-Carlton, Atlanta (Buckhead). Taste of Love features gourmet dining, premium wine pairings, live music, a top-notch silent and live auction and the chance to dance the night away. This year’s emcee will once again be WSBTV action news anchor Justin Farmer. All proceeds from the event benefit the Epilepsy Foundation of Georgia.
WHAT
Taste of Love is the annual fundraising gala of the Epilepsy Foundation. Held each year at The Ritz-Carlton, Atlanta (Buckhead) and attended by more than 500 prominent Atlantans, Taste of Love treats guests to a night of gourmet dining prepared by the chefs of The Ritz-Carlton, Atlanta (Buckhead) and a wonderful silent and live auction filled with exciting vacation getaways, luxury items and sports packages as well as fine dining and unusual life experiences.

WHO
The Epilepsy Foundation of Georgia is a charitable non-profit, volunteer and professional organization committed to the prevention and control of epilepsy, and to helping improve the lives of people who have epilepsy. The Foundation is the state voluntary health organization dedicated to the prevention and cure of seizure disorders, the alleviation of their effects, and the promotion of independence and optimal quality of life for people who have these disorders. Through its community involvement with employers, teachers, law enforcement officials, health care professionals and individuals with epilepsy and their families, the agency is active in a broad range of programs. These programs include information and education, advocacy, support of research, job placement, camp scholarships and the delivery of specialized services.
