The Festive Season is fast approaching and we all want to have friends and family over for a lovely meal, but what to cook that is simple and delicious? This course will teach you how to cook a traditional Spanish fish and seafood paella, covering all aspects: from the making of the fish stock all the way to having everything ready before your guests arrive, finishing with the theatrical aspect of the actual cooking of the paella. The interactive workshop will be an informal and social occasion. Wherever possible, participants will be able to help cut and prepare ingredients, stir and smell, ask questions and share a plate of paella once we finish cooking it. No cooking experience is required, however participants should wear closed in shoes and bring an apron. This course is suitable for Adults. Details of this event may be subject to change.
