This workshop is aimed at providing ERM practitioners with constructive tools and techniques in their quest to improve ERM capabilities, processes, and implementation within their organisation.

Participants can leverage on key strategies based on practical examples of how ERM has succeeded and failed in other organisations and pitfalls to look out for to implement ERM effectively.
