ABOUT THE EVENT
The Learning and Development (L&D) business model itself is undergoing a major transformation with many organisations now realising the benefits and efficiencies of mobile, cloud based systems and self-service modes of delivery. Innovative first movers are enjoying improved learning outcomes as well as performance visibility and faster and more efficient delivery of organisational capability. As the waves of generational and technological change continue, it is important that L&D professionals position themselves ahead of the curve. Building upon the outstanding success of the Blended Learning conference series, this new event provides delegates with practical and innovative approaches to engaging with their workforce using accessible and flexible interactive learning opportunities.

Delegates will learn the valuable tools needed to continue improving organisational L&D by measuring whether resources are being used efficiently, if intended objectives have been met and assessing the return on L&D investment. This event will appeal to Senior Executives, relevant line Managers and practitioners in the field who wish to be armed with practical strategies for designing a broad program of Learning and Development initiatives that add value to their organisation. Strategies for seizing opportunities, overcoming challenges in development and finding the appropriate blend of interventions will be shared, as will the crucial role of evaluation in engaging key internal stakeholders to garner support for sustainable improvements that the Learning and Development function adds to an organisation.
