English - Diabetes Support Group April 6, 2010

This support group is for patients and their families and provides a comfortable environment to learn how to manage diabetes through diet and medication. This support group is presented in English and in Spanish. Meets on 1st and 3rd Tuesdays of each .Location : West Wing 1 Conference Room
