This course provides a comprehensive, whole-house approach to evaluating the home's systems and equipment. A whole house audit finds an average energy savings of 30%. The training will include in-depth study of lighting, appliances, electronics, HVAC, water conservation, and more. Procedures include an initial interview, visual inspection, diagnostic performance testing, energy simulation and analysis, and a clear scope of proposed improvements.
