Energy and Climate January 23, 2007

The basic objective of this workshop is to focus on the interlinkages between energy and climate, with a view to explore ways in which the double concern on securing energy and at the same time meeting climate and other environment related concerns can be addressed, also linking to specific concerns from Asia. For this purpose, this workshop aims to provide a platform in order to share views from experts and stakeholders on this issue, by bringing them together to discuss the problems, the solutions and the possibilities for more innovative thinking and sharing of good practices to improve upon the present situation.
