Frank has a diverse business background in Santa Clara Valley including insurance, sales and marketing, and after 5 decades locally, is very well identified in the South Bay Area.

He likes to call himself an average friendly guy in the neighborhood. He is community-oriented; continually improving community relations with the Lions, Kiwanis, Camp Wilderness for the Deaf and the Santa Clara Valley Center for the Blind.
