A champion for enabling individuals to have the freedom to consider a complete range of choices at life's end, Barbara was Chief Petitioner for the Oregon Death with Dignity Act. She has presented at numerous professional meetings and conferences and testified before state legislatures and the US Congress. She has appeared on NBC News, CNN Crossfire, 60 Minutes, McNeil Lehrer News House, NPR, The Today Show, and Bill Moyers' "On Death and Dying," Barbara is a regular blogger on the Huffington Post.
