Employee Engagement has become an increasingly important issue as the talent pool changes. The Baby Boomer Generation will retire soon, leaving a vacuum. This, combined with the fact that globalization has made the entire world a market for top talent, means that repeatedly bringing in new top performers is going to be increasingly difficult in the future. Organizations must focus on the engagement of their current employees in order to remain as efficient as possible.
Currently, fewer than 33% of employees are “engaged”, and 18% are “Actively Disengaged”* (Blessing White). If your employees aren’t operating at an optimal level because they aren’t aligned with company values and objectives, your organization is losing out on opportunity and market share.
It’s time to regain that winning attitude. It’s Time to change “I understand where the company is going” to “I believe in where the company is going”. Get the tools you need to change “don’t make waves” into “take intelligent risks” and “do nothing wrong” into “do something right” so that you transform your organization.
