Emperor's Celebrity Read-a-thon and Book Drive October 18, 2008

Join Vice Mayor Diane Neighbors, local TV personalities Davis Nolan and Lelan Statom and The Cat in the Hat on Saturday, Oct. 18, at Davis-Kidd Booksellers for a day of excitement benefitting local literacy organization Book’em.

Shoppers can purchase books for Book’em at the register or bring them from home to donate.
Davis-Kidd will donate a portion of all sales on Oct. 18 to Book’em.
