Emma Donoghue and Vincent Lam at 24th Annual San Francisco Authors Luncheon November 10, 2012

The San Francisco Authors Luncheon is the Bay Area's premier literary event. Each year over 1000 people attend to support the services for patients and their families served by the National Kidney Foundation of Northern California. The luncheon will feature six presenting authors, two of whom are Canadian. Emma Donoghue is a Man Booker Prize finalist for the international bestseller "Room," and has just released a new novel, "Astray." Vincent Lam is an Emergency physician who won the 2006 Scotiabank Giller Prize for the short story collection "Bloodletting and Miraculous Cures." His debut novel is "The Headmaster's Wager."
