* Cleveland Bridge Builders - a nine-month program designed to identify, train, and channel rising leaders into effective civic leadership roles.

* Cleveland Executive Fellowship - a year-long fellowship offering hands-on experience through executive-level placements in the business, nonprofit, education, and public sectors.

* Look Up To Cleveland - a leadership development and diversity awareness program for Greater Cleveland’s outstanding high school leaders.
