See a rare display of more than a dozen bold, colorful textiles from Afghanistan, Uzbekistan, and Tajikistan. These stunning works are made of cotton with silk embroidery and were sewn by young women in as part of their dowries. These one-time family treasures seldom shown outside of Central Asia are now in the BMA’s collection.
