Elliott Hayes Concert February 1, 2009

Elliott Hayes, from Annapolis, Maryland, has earned hi BM and MM in Piano Performance from the University of Maryland. He is currently in the DMA program at the UMD studying with Santiago Rodriquez. He has attened Adamant School in Vermont, the Heifetz Academy in New Hampshire and the Fontainebleau Conservatorie in France. He won second prize in the Los Angeles International Liszt Competition 2006 and was the recipient of the Robert Casadesus Scholarship for studies at the Summer Conservatoire in Fonatinebleau, France 2007. His recent recital appearances were in Paris, Los Angeles, Tucson, New York City, Baltimore and Washington, D.C. In 2007, he was a featured performer at the Weill Recital Hall in Carnegie Hall.
