Ellington Legacy Band Live at Trumpet's Jazz Club December 6, 2006

Drop by Trumpet's Jazz Club in Montclair, New Jersey and hear the past, present and future of Jazz with The Ellington Legacy Band! The group is led by Ellington's guitarist grandson, Edward Kennedy Ellington II, and is dedicated to keeping Ellington's music alive and evolving! The band also features piano legend Norman Simmons, sax great Virginia Mayhew (who also serves as musical director and arranger) and many other of Jazz's finest players.

Full dinner menu is available starting at 6:00 pm with entrees such as Louisianna Shrimp and Penne Alla Vodka. (Food is not included in show ticket price.)
