Eleventh Annual Health and Safety Fair October 18, 2009

Family HealthCare Network will host its 11th Annual Health & Safety Fair on Sunday October 18, 2009 from 1pm-4pm. The Health Fair will include FREE Health Screenings for adults and children, Preventive Dental Care, Nutritional Information, Physical Activity and Safety Programs.
Family Healthcare Network has invited local agencies to attend the event and they will be providing information for the community.
Family Healthcare Network will also be having an enrollment day for Healthy Families. Certified Application Assistors and Healthy Families Insurance Providers will be present and available to answer any questions and to assist with the enrollment.
