Elements of a Trial
This class is perfect for people entering paralegal or legal assistance careers and for new court advocates!
In this interactive class, participants will learn to draft an opening and closing statement, cross and direct examinations, and objections. In the final session, participants will participate in a mock trial.
Fee - 40.00 Materials - 7.00- Paid to instructor, first night of class, cash only. Includes a case manual and sample forms.
