El Capitan Reservoir Kayak April 17, 2010

El Capitan Reservoir has the largest capacity in San Diego's lake system. When full, the reservoir has 1562 surface acres, a maximum water depth of 197 feet, and 22 miles of shoreline. It is a known nesting site for Spotted Sandpipers, Willow Flycatchers and Great Egrets. Price includes kayak, equipment and paddling instruction. No previous kayaking or swimming experience is required.
