Einhorn Starkbierfest 2010 March 19, 2010

“Starkbierfest” - strong beer fest – has it's roots in Munich, but at Einhorn Beer Co, we will celebrate this tradition at Creekside Brewing Co. in San Luis Obispo from MAR 19-21, 2010. Known as Munich's secret beer festival which begins on Ash Wednesday, the history of Starkbierfest goes back over 400 years.

Highlight of the fest is the Einhorn Unikator Doppelbock, a fantastic amber lager with a great bready-maltiness and 6.7% ABV. Also on tap during this weekend will be the other German-style beers brewed by Einhorn Beer Co including Einhorn Pilsner, Einhorn Hefeweizen and Einhorn Weizenbock.
