Effective Marketing Conference November 3, 2006

The third annual Effective Marketing Conference, focusing on tools and techniques that work for small and medium-size New Mexico businesses, is being held Friday, November 3, 2006, at the Albuquerque Marriott Pyramid North. Santa Fe speaking coach Gail Larsen, who teaches business and nonprofit executives around the country how to bring passion and persuasion into their speeches, kicks off the event at 8 a.m.

Other featured speakers offering how-to information are D.J. Heckes and David Meurer, both award-winning Albuquerque small business entrepreneurs. The practical presentations continue with a panel discussion of new trends and tech tools. Presentations are interspersed with breaks for participants to visit an exhibit area geared to private business owners and managers. Wrapping up the conference, Allen E. Fishman, founder and CEO of the hot international franchise The Alternative Board, will speak from his new book Seven Secrets of Great Entrepreneurial Masters in a bonus afternoon presentation.
