EECOM/IC Conference 2006 - Salt of the Earth October 18, 2006

The Annual Conference of the Canadian Network for Environment Education and Communication [EECOM] and Interpretation Canada [IC] will be held October 19-22, 2006 at White Point Beach Lodge, on the south shore of Nova Scotia, Canada.

The conference outcomes are to:
- Create a deeper understanding of diverse viewpoints on the future of environmental and sustainability education and interpretation.
- Strengthen practice, policy and research by sharing ideas and making connections.
- Create a vision and recommendations for how environmental and sustainability education and interpretation can contribute to a culture of environmental respect and sustainability.
- Provide a sense of renewal and hope through a fun, inspirational experience
