The term lucid dreaming was derived from a dream researcher, Van Eden back in 1913. Lucid dreaming is being aware that you’re dreaming, while you’re dreaming and even more, it’s taking control of the direction of your dreams!
Approximately 1/3 of your life is spent sleeping equating to 25-30 years in an average life span. About 25% of your sleep time is spent dreaming. Lucid dreamers are known to increase this normal dream time, estimated to be an astonishing 18 years of productive use time! How amazing is this?!
How would you like to gain the use of those years, you’d otherwise just spend dreaming?
I personally know several lucid dreamers and I am one, as well. One is a scientist and inventor who utilizes his sleep time to work out formulas and problems that he has regarding his inventions and with his work. He wakes up each morning with the answers to his questions and every scenario worked out resulting in having the best solution to his problem…even high math problems he isn’t good with.
Do you have any work issues in which you could use these extra years to get solutions to while you’re sleeping?
One woman healed a painful shoulder during lucid dreaming. Would using your dream time to help heal a health issue prove beneficial to you?
Another learned to stand up to her fears in her lucid dreams, understanding the metaphoric messages being sent to her by her mind. What questions do you have, you’d like to utilize your dreaming time to get the answers to?
