Master Jazz Guitarist Ed Cherry has the rare distinction of playing both in Dizzy's and with Dizzy! Ed was the primary guitarist for Dizzy Gillespie for over 15 years, from 1978 to 1983 and again from 1986 until the legend's passing in 1993. Since then Ed has worked continuously with other top names in the industry and is currently leading an outrageous organ trio with 2 hot young players, B3'er Jared Gold and drummer McClenty Hunter. This is Soul Jazz at it's finest in one the world's best Jazz venues!

After Hours Sets, which follow the last featured artist set Tuesday-Saturday, are a great opportunity to hear great jazz in an informal setting until the wee hours....
