EchoVerse Presents: Battle of the Sexes 5.0 June 19, 2009

This Friday the EchoVerse presents the fifth annual Battle of the Sexes featuring Detroit's top male and female performance poets. It's a fun show where the audience decides the winner each year (last year the ladies got lucky). Ten poets, two x-factors and one mic. Proceeds benefit the 2009 Detroit Slam Team's travel to compete in the National Poetry Slam.

EVERY FRIDAY: EchoVerse Poetry & Slam Series featuring the award-winning "All Kinds Of Poetry" Open Mic, local and national features, round-robin and more.
