Kick start a healthy new you without making drastic lifestyle or diet changes you can't stick with. Certified nutrition and exercise counselor Norm Rousseau from FitnessTogether will work with you on deconstructing your cravings, learn how to understand food labels and food supplements, identify how to shop for and prepare healthy food, develop a crucial understanding on how to regulate your blood sugar levels for optimum health and vitality, and learn how to enjoy healthy eating! We will also discuss exercise techniques, stress reduction, and techniques for learning how to eat out and still eat well. We will end the class with a special pot-luck dinner where each participant will prepare a tasty and healthy snack. This class will revitalize you, give you new energy, help you achieve your ideal weight, and feel better in body and mind.
