Easter Seals Bloomfest April 5, 2007

Easter Seals Oregon will be selling fresh-cut tulips in the week leading up to Easter. Thousands of people each year purchase these beautiful bouquets of 10 tulips as a wonderful way to welcome spring and help people with disabilities at the same time.
