The venue on this race has moved to the Dunedin Brewery due to the popularity of the event. The run will begin at 11 a.m. and our celebration will be at noon just before the monthly dog wash. We'll see you Easter Saturday - begin arriving around 10 am. The event is a benefit to help cut the costs of incurred by the dogs the DDR saves all year long. It is also intended to be a day of love and celebration of our own dogs and how precious their lives are to ours.
Additional Information
By county permit we are limited to dogs and people only but we encourage those of you that want to participate, who have others types of pets, to wear their photo print out on your shirt! Many of our dogs (and owners) arrive in costume or matching outfits. There are no awards for your performance as we want the dogs to stop at a healthy finish line or BEFORE they are pooped out. However, we will have prizes at the post race party for creativity and style!
Stick around after the run for the celebration and Dunedin Doggie Rescue's monthly fundraiser-Suds on Saturday!!!
