Easter Brunch at Vinifera Wine Bar & Bistro April 12, 2009

This Easter Sunday, Vinifera Wine Bar & Bistro invites families to start a new holiday tradition and enjoy a petting zoo provided by the Reston Zoo followed by a bountiful Sunday brunch specially created for spring's brightest holiday.

Vinifera's Easter Brunch a la carte menu is priced from $9 - $18 and includes playful dishes such as:
Eggs any style with red bliss potato hash and bacon, sausage, or petit ham steak
Toasted almond pancakes with cinnamon butter
Petit filet with Parmesan-truffle shoestring potatoes
Crab cake benedict with lump crab, poached eggs and pancetta on an English Muffin with Hollandaise Sauce
Lobster scrambled eggs with fine herbs, crème fraiche and brioche toast

Wine and champagne pairings will also be available.

Children will be delighted with Vinifera's kid-friendly options, such as Buttermilk Easter Egg Pancakes, which they can have fun 'decorating' with delicious goodies such as rainbow sprinkles, chocolate syrup and more. Kids are also invited to participate in one of Vinifera's Easter egg hunts starting at noon or 2 p.m. where they can win special Easter treats or family four pack admissions to the Reston Zoo.
