Lodge on the Desert will be serving a lavish brunch buffet in the Lodge restaurant and on the patio, prepared by Chef Alex Luna and his culinary team. Dishes include: Roasted pork loin with apple-pear brandy sauce and granny smith chutney, and Grilled salmon with an avocado cream sauce. The Buffet also features Carving, Pasta, and Omelet stations.
