To help Metro Detroiters celebrate the Easter holiday, the Townsend Hotel’s Rugby Grille is presenting its annual Easter brunch with two special seating times. Brunch features a four-course meal, which will begin with a choice of Apple Wood Smoked Salmon Frissee, Hydro-Bibb Salad or Granite of Ruby Grapefruit and Tangerines. The meal continues with Chicken Consommé or Maryland Crab, Artichoke, Spinach and Chèvre Quiche, followed by a main entrée selection of Maine Lobster Eggs Benedict, Pan Seared Norwegian Salmon or Apple Wood Smoked Prime Rib of Beef. The brunch will conclude with a choice of three desserts: Classic French Crème Brulée, Strawberry Rhubarb Dome or a Warm Chocolate Cake with White Chocolate Truffle Center.
