East Valley HOA Summit October 20, 2005

Residents concerned about rental properties in their communities may want to participate in the East Valley HOA Summit, 6:30 to 9 p.m., Thursday, Oct. 20 at the Barn in Power Ranch, located north of Germann Road on Ranch House Parkway in Gilbert. The keynote address will discuss issues and practices related to managing investor-owned and rental properties within an HOA. The program includes an opportunity for attendees to ask questions.
Speakers include Augustus Shaw of The Shaw Law Firm and the HOA Guy on KFNN 1150; Jamel Sarsam, president of Sun River HOA; and Steve Urie, Town of Gilbert councilmember and CEO of Mesa Verde Property Management.
The Summit includes a light dinner and is free to any East Valley resident who lives in or works with homeowners associations. Registration is required.
