East Valley Diabetes Outreach Support Group September 6, 2011

This support group is for people with Type 1 or Type 2 diabetes (newly diagnosed or seasoned veterans)

This ongoing informational session is hosted by the diabetes educators at Chandler Regional Medical Center. Attendees are provided with a myriad of educational materials on topics of interest to those living with diabetes. This group is open to members of the community, and prior attendance at our Discovering Diabetes series is not required.
