Earth Week March 21, 2010

Our Mother Earth is reeling under pressure from the human race. To do our part in correcting the wrongs done to her by humans, AIESEC is spreading awareness about Earth Hour and is organizing an online quiz competition on its Facebook page ( www.facebook.com/aieseciitkgp ) in the week preceding the Earth Hour.

Each day will have a theme of its own. The last day will constitute of launching of Think Green - an internet based virtual competition which invites ideas in two fields namely automobiles and architecture. The event promises an opportunity to the best of thinkers to present their ideas before delegates from the corporate world and environmental specialists in the GREEN BUSINESS SUMMIT.

Also, AIESEC volunteers will help in the implementation of Earth Hour throughout IIT Kharagpur.
