Earth Stroll: an Earth Day Celebration for a Healthy Planet, Healthy You April 18, 2009

Bring the whole family on a fun, interactive fitness walk around Crissy Field. Play eco-games, visit with live animals, and test your environmental knowledge at the many activity stations designed to help you make strides for a healthy planet and a healthy you. Design your very own custom kite and fly it high above the historic airfield, or giddy up and go on a bicycle rodeo while listening to music. Plus, there’s even a biodiesel bus to transport you from the eco-art projects happening at the Richmond District Neighborhood Center.

Activities take place at Crissy Field Center, along the Promenade, on the Airfield and at the Richmond District Neighborhood Center.

General admission FREE; special activity passport $8
(passports free to all Golden Gate National Parks Conservancy members)
