Don't think entertaining your friends and family has to be such a waste! Come learn some fun techniques to be the "hostess with the mostess or host with the most" -and still respect the earth! We will discuss wines and libations, learning what an 'ecovore' is, table scapes, ambiance, inviting and creating community, green cooking techniques, shopping, greening up the kitchen, waste and recycling, and more!
