Earth Day E-Recycling + Hot Coffee -- Raffle for all donors :) April 22, 2011

In support of Earth Day, Laughing Bean Coffee and The Hackery are hosting a “Coffee for Computers” day on April 22, 2011, 8am-4pm.

As well as offering a free 12 oz specialty coffee, tea, chai or hot chocolate when you bring in your old computer or electronics, people who drop off stuff can enter a draw for a new netbook computer provided by The Hackery, or a month’s worth of free coffee from the Laughing Bean.

Other Earth Day initiatives include bringing in your own reusable coffee mug to have it filled for free; or if you purchase one of their travel mugs, the Laughing Bean will fill it with a specialty drink of your choice.

Come in for your coffee, celebrate Earth Day, and support a worthy cause! Look for the two mannequins on the corner of Hastings and Slocan near the PNE.
