An exhibition of work by 18 student artists, ranging in age from 14 – 26, from Art Center College of Design’s public programs, Saturday High and Art Center at Night, will be on display in a show titled “Early Works: An Exhibition by Student Artists in the Public Programs Mentoring Program.” The exhibition will include a variety of disciplines such as Illustration, Photography, Graphic Design and Transportation Design, all of which were created with the professional and personal guidance of one-on-one meetings with a faculty mentor. Mentors work closely with students to help students make creative breakthroughs while keeping them on track with deadlines, course selections and the students’ personal art and design education.
A gallery reception will honor the student artists on Friday, March 27. Following the reception, the exhibition will be available for viewing at Art Center’s South Campus Public Programs Gallery from March 23 - April 3.
