Early New Mexico Punched Tin Work February 18, 2011

Have you always wanted to create striking punched tin home accessories? This one-day hands-on workshop will teach you the basic techniques of creating punched tin pieces. After learning how to stamp, punch, and solder, you will apply your newfound skills to create a night-light and framed 15”x20” mirror during class. A lab fee of $50 is due on the day of class to cover material and tool fees. Bring a lunch for the 30 minute break. Class will be held on Saturday, February 19th from 8am-5pm in the UNM Continuing Education South Building, located at 1634 University Blvd. NE in Albuquerque, NM. Tuition is $85.
