EAA EV Rally & Show September 23, 2012

The 40th Annual EV Rally and Car Show will be held on National Plug In Day, Sunday Sept. 23, 2012, from 10am-4pm at DeAnza College, Lot A, 21250 Stevens Creek Blvd, Cupertino. There will be production and converted electric vehicles on display, with some available for test drives or demo rides. Cars, trucks, SUVs, scooters, bikes, and more! Talk to dealers, clean air organizations, auto repair folks, solar power installers, and have some great food.

The Electric Auto Association (EAA) has been organizing this show for more than 30 years to help the public learn about electric vehicles. Talk to people who have been using electric cars, bikes, scooters, trucks, and SUVs for years!

Expected vehicles (subject to change) include:

2012 Toyota RAV4 EV, Honda Fit EV, Mitsubishi i, Honda Fit EV, Nissan Leaf, Chevrolet Volt, THINK City, Tesla Roadste and Model S (display only, sorry! :) ), conversion EVs including Mazda Miata, Porsche 914, VW Golf, and MG Midget, and electric bikes, scooters, and motorcycles ... and many others.

Attendance is free! Parking in Lot A is free; Lot B is $3.
