e4 Sustainability Summit February 24, 2009

We invite the general public with a focus on City of West Palm Beach citizens, business owners and employees, and City officials and employees to join us for a day of engaging speakers and strategic planning to reduce the City’s carbon footprint and ensure that the City’s future is prosperous and healthy for all of its residents and workers. We are searching for a common vision for the future through a grassroots effort of building consensus on issues, and, then setting a shared agenda to address those issues. Public participation is necessary to determine what a sustainable future means for the City of West Palm Beach. From the results of the summit and neighborhood/community workshops, an action plan, a “Greenprint,” will be developed to reach the benchmarks identified through these public engagements.
