DWP Advocacy Committee March 6, 2010

At 9 a.m. Saturday, Councilman Bernard Parks will discuss budget issues with Eastside activists. At 10 a.m. the LA Neighborhood Council Coalition will meet followed at 12:30 p.m. by the DWP Advocacy Committee which will take up DWP's plans for massive rate hikes and a surcharge on electricity.
