The annual fireworks show is scheduled for Sat., July 3rd at dusk.(Rain date: July 5th)
LOCATION: North Point Government Center / Grange Elementary School complex near Merritt Blvd. at Wise Ave.
PARKING: Abundant FREE parking is available all throughout the vast commercial corridor along Merritt Blvd. in addition to the commercial centers along Holabird Ave. and Wise Ave.
BEST VIEWS: Of course, the Government Center grounds will provide the best upclose view of both the aerial shells along with the lower-level repeat-firing "cakes". Be sure to remain behind the caution tape at all times. (strictly enforced)
Many spectators prefer areas not as close - including area parking lots and shopping center sidewalks. Many regulars enjoy the show from the campus and athletic fields of CCBC - Dundalk and Dundalk High School on Sollers Point Road.
There are many options for optimal viewing of the Dundalk Fireworks. As a general rule, if you can see the tall communications tower at the Gov't Center, you will see all the aerial shells.

Those are my three fireworks photos on this event posting. If you look closely at them, you can see the North Point Gov't Center communications tower. I watch the fireworks from a different place every year. You have a wide variety of places to watch the fireworks show from. If you don't have a place picked out already, just check out where the crowds are sitting in lawn chairs and on blankets - before the fireworks begin - and that's where the good views are. And people watch from 360 degrees all around the fireworks.
