Dumpling Wars April 26, 2012

Join us for Kearny Street Workshop’s first Dumpling Wars dumpling-making competition! Seven teams of amateur chefs will each combine cuisines, traditions, and delicious ingredients to create a dumpling to contend for the title of best in the galaxy by our panel of local celebrity judges.

Audience members will sample all the dumplings and a smorgasbord of local delicacies, be entertained by KSW artists, and vote for the audience favorite dumpling.
