Chef/proprietor Chris Scarduzio has joined forces with some very notable wineries to continue the Table 31 Wine Series well into the spring.
On April 17th he will pair some of Table 31’s favorite dishes, such as a succulent NY Strip Steak and Asparagus wrapped with Prosciutto, with some unique selections from all four of Duckhorn’s wineries. This five-course tasting dinner will hosted by Frank Barbagallo, NE Ambassador for Duckhorn Vineyards.
First Course:
Sauteed diver sea scallop in shell, peas and sardinian cous cous, truffled vermouth sauce

Second Course:
House-made orecchetti pasta, braised free range chicken, butter cap mushrooms, lucatelli cheese, thyme essence
Golden Eye Pinot Noir 2006
Third Course:
Roasted prime aged NY strip loin, tuscan potatoes, crispy wrapped asparagus and proscuitto, red wine shallot reduction
