Jan Sproull, J.D., D.D., began life in Corpus Christi. She traveled internationally, ultimately to return to her roots here. Also trained as a Reiki master, Hsing-I Chuan practitioner and ordained interfaith minister, Jan's creativity consulting has resulted in workshops for arts organizations and Fortune 500 companies. Jan authored articles and poetry for publications like Journal of the Society of Research Administrators, Phoenix Downtown and Journal of Creative Behavior. She remains an inactive member of the Georgia Bar, but laughs too much at lawyer jokes to return to legal practice in this lifetime. During California's progressive era, Jan won public election to the Grass Roots Venice Neighborhood Council, representing the Venice Beach Boardwalk. The Boardwalk was Jan's favorite place to conduct energy balancing, until she found Yin Yang Fandango.
