Drum Circle Social July 9, 2011

A drum circle is when a group of percussionists get together to play common rhythms and improvise. This provides an entertaining opportunity to play with other musicians, socialize, and even get up and dance! Beginner drummers as well as experienced musicians are encouraged to participate.
Dust off your doumbek, darbuka, or djembe and bring it to the Yoga College for an evening of fun! You can bring any percussion instrument or other musical instrument you have. All types of musicians are welcome to this event.
Dancers of all genres are welcome. This will be a nice excuse to wear new costumes and show off dance moves. Friends and family are also encouraged to join the party too!
What to Bring: Drums, Finger Cymbals, Tambourines, or Other Instruments!
