Beginning with an historical context of drug use, participants will explore and understand how societys use of drugs has become a social norm which is a costly burden causing significant health, social and economic harm. Theoretical constructs of drug use and drug dependence will be discussed and participants will be asked to examine their own values, morals and attitudes to drug use and drug users.
