Soft music and candlelight set the mood for classes which are slow-moving with a meditative focus, yet can be physically challenging. This is an authentic yoga class which teaches poses, breathwork, meditation practices, and yogic history/philosophy.
The instructor has been teaching yoga for 29 years and is certified in both Kripalu and Amrit yoga styles.
